Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your email accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mail account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponders and shield your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email boxes against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your email box accounts and define the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply specify the email box account you want to forward e-mails from, then choose the target mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
